Officials from Antalya Metropolitan Municipality visited Mu\u011fla Metropolitan Municipality Cat-Dog Food Production Facility and received information about the facility. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cat-Dog Food Production Facility, which was realized by Mu\u011fla Metropolitan Municipality, is the first of its kind in Mu\u011fla and the third in Turkey, and has a business approval certificate from the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. <\/span><\/p>\n

On behalf of the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor, Anet A.\u015e. General Manager R\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc Peker and Anet Veterinarian Tamer Y\u0131lmaz visited the food production facility. During the visit, Slaughterhouse Services Branch Manager Veterinarian Yusuf Dur and Facility Responsible Manager Specialist. Veterinarian Volkan \u00c7ubuk gave detailed information about food production and the technology used. They were also informed about the establishment of the facility, its production capacity, environmental contributions and future targets.<\/span><\/p>\n

Formula with a Market Value of 8 Million TL Produced <\/strong><\/p>\n

Mu\u011fla Metropolitan Municipality has become the third municipality in Turkey to receive a business approval certificate from Mu\u011fla Governorship Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry with its facility that has produced 25,638 kilograms of food so far. The Metropolitan Municipality has produced food with a market value of approximately 8 million TL with the Food Production Facility. The Metropolitan Municipality, which also has the most equipped Temporary Animal Care Center in Turkey, produces 25,638 kg of food, which is used for candosts and is a lifeline for the pawed friends living on the streets. The food is produced entirely from fresh chicken and fresh fish raw materials obtained through donations and given to candosts. <\/span><\/p>\n

Stating that they are happy that the projects they develop are taken as examples, Ahmet Aras, Mayor of the Union of Coastal Aegean Municipalities and Mu\u011fla Metropolitan Municipality, said: \"We shape all our projects with the love we feel for every living creature. Our Temporary Animal Care Center and Food Production Facility are the best examples of this approach. While we provide a qualified care service to our dear friends in our shelter, we both meet the nutritional needs of our friends and contribute to environmental sustainability with our Food Production Facility. Today, we are proud that many municipalities take this model as an example. This success is the joint work of not only our municipality but also all our citizens and volunteers who show sensitivity to our pawed friends.\" <\/span><\/p>\n
