The facility includes:<\/p>\n<p>Street animals are provided with nutrition, shelter and treatment services,<\/p>\n<p>Vaccination and sterilization procedures are carried out regularly,<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to ensure that animals live in a peaceful environment, taking into account their natural living conditions.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>\u00a0<strong>1000 Kilos of Food Production with Zero Waste!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another noteworthy innovative step in the project is the production of food within the scope of the Zero Waste Transformation Project.<\/p>\n<p>Food waste from military units, dormitories, universities and hospitals is collected,<\/p>\n<p>These wastes are reused as approximately 1000 kilograms of food every day in the Food Production Unit established within the hospice.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>In this way, waste is prevented and street animals are fed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Project on TRT Screens<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This exemplary work of Siirt Municipality was widely covered on national television channels, especially TRT. Siirt's model of approaching stray animals with sensitivity inspires other local governments.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Governor K\u0131z\u0131lkaya: \"We are working hard!\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Governor Dr. Kemal K\u0131z\u0131lkaya made the following statements about the project:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\"Street animals are also residents of this city. Protecting their right to life is both a humanitarian and conscientious duty. With a modern center, we are both protecting our stray animals and bringing waste into the economy.
